Are there any connection fees?

No setup fees, no hidden fees, no worries!

Can I get Freedom in my building?

Freedom is available in over 500 buildings throughout Australia. Simply check your address to find out. Freedom is awesome but we're not everywhere.

How do I pay for my plan?

All our plans are pre-pay. We accept all credit and debit cards. You can manage your subscription through your:My Account page. Just login with your username and password, go to Your Plan, select a plan, and confirm.

Installation timeframe?

The timeframe for is usually 2-5 days. A Freedom technician will come to your property to install any equipment. Then we can connect your service.

Does Freedom compare on price?

Our prices are low, our  plans are flexible, and we have some of the best terms in the market. With us, you avoid installation, connection, and equipment fees.

How do I sign up?
