Freedom Internet is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our reach across hotels, resorts, apartment buildings, greenfield developments, build-to-rent projects and multi-dwelling residential properties.
This is a genuine new-business role for someone who enjoys getting out in market, finding opportunities, starting conversations, meeting decision makers and turning those conversations into real commercial outcomes.
Freedom Internet delivers fast, reliable internet into apartment buildings, hotels, resorts and multi-dwelling properties across Australia. We use fibre, radio and in-building network infrastructure to deliver internet that is ready for residents and guests without the usual waiting periods, connection issues or reliance on ageing infrastructure.
We already service hundreds of buildings and have a strong reputation in the apartment, hotel and apartment building market. We now want the right person to help us take that further.
You do not need to be a telecommunications expert from day one. What matters most is that you are confident, proactive, organised, commercially minded and hungry to grow.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and discipline to build pipeline, chase opportunities and help Freedom Internet secure more building partnerships across Australia.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for creating and converting new and existing opportunities across hotels, serviced apartments, resorts, greenfield developments, build-to-rent projects, management rights operators, strata/body corporate channels and multi-dwelling residential buildings.
This is not a passive account management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and helping a business grow.

You may have experience in telecommunications, hotels, property, real estate, building services, utilities, embedded networks, IT, strata, management rights, facilities management or another B2B sales environment.

A competitive salary package will be offered based on experience, attitude and proven ability.
The package includes base salary, superannuation, commission, and either a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
OTE will be aligned to the successful candidate’s experience and ability to create and convert new business opportunities.
