The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to take charge of an exciting portfolio in Melbourne. You’ll play a critical role in building lasting partnerships with property managers, body corporates, and building owners, ensuring excellent service and sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for a driven relationship-builder who can manage accounts and foster engagement across the hospitality, MDU (multi-dwelling unit), and property management sectors. If you’re passionate about customer experience, thrive on solving complex issues, and love to help businesses grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management & Growth:

  • Grow portfolio revenue by developing key relationships with building managers, owners' committees, body corporates, and developers.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue expansion and act on them proactively.

Client Relationship & Support:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for your accounts, resolving complex requests, disputes, and access issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing users and secure new business through referrals.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with operational and marketing teams to implement building rollouts and improve service offerings.
  • Administer contracts, including access agreements, marketing plans, and carrier rights.
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Problem Solving & Innovation:

  • Manage non-standard support requests and coordinate maintenance or upgrade needs.
  • Drive innovation by finding smarter ways to deliver value for your accounts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Strong experience in account management, customer relationship management, or business development within telecommunications, hospitality, real estate, or property sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B relationships and liaise with key stakeholders such as property managers and body corporates.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach new clients and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and meet KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including dispute resolution and contract management experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Other Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne for client meetings.
