How do I check my usage?

Go to the ‘My Account page , then ‘Check Account Details’ Enter your login details. At the bottom right of the User Summary tab will be the time and data that is left on your plan.

Why did my data get used up so quickly ?

Freedom Internet offers a high speed internet connection to your building making it easy to zip through a plan pretty quickly if your computer wanted to. For example, if you watch a lot of HD YouTube videos or listen to music online, this can get through it quickly. Also programs like Spyware and P2P (eg limewire, kazaar) can chomp through your data without you even knowing about it. We recommend you scan your device with a free program from www.malwarebytes.org It cleans off most harmful software. Rememeber that managing your usage is up to you, but if you need some help please contact our team.

I’ve lost my password. How do I recover it?

Click on contact us tab. Complete the form shown with the subject line “forgot password”. We will text you your log in details.

I have more than one device. Can I use the same plan for all of them ?

Yes, one account can be used on up to 8 devices at the same time.Your combined usage will show in the my account > account details under ‘view usage’

My emails won’t send, how do i fix this?

If you are struggling to send emails from our network with Outlook or Outlook Express please change your email clients outgoing mail server (SMTP) to or add:

  • mail.tpg.com.au (Australia)
  • mail-relay.vibecom.co.nz ( New Zealand)

Note- don’t change your current POP, or inbound e-mail server settings.

How do I manage my Freedom Internet account?

  1. Go to Freedom Internet website www.freedominternet.org
  2. Click the log in page and select your appropriate Account Manager
  3. Log in using your user ID and password
  4. Chose from the following options:
    • Update User tab – for updating your personal information
    • Change password tab – for updating your password
    • Change Plan tab – to change or stop and start your plan
    • Billing History Tab – to view your billing history
    • View Usage tab – to view your usage or to see a summary of your online data activity.
    • Change Credit Card – for updating your debit/credit card details

How do I close my account or stop auto billing ?

Only monthly plans will auto bill by default but you can stop this any time. Go to the my account page and log in.Then go to the ‘plan check/change’ tab. In the plans list – choose ‘NONE’ and click save.

What is a ‘Card ID and PIN’ ?

A Card ID and PIN is a pre-paid voucher that loads a data plan onto your account.

I have a desktop machine with no wireless, how do I use your wireless service?

Any computer can have wireless added in at a low cost if you buy a USB-Wifi adapter which plugs into a USB port on your computer. You can purchase these at all technology shops.

How do I log-off from my current log-in session, if I accidentally close the status page?

To log-off from your current session or to open your status page, please type wireless.aradial.com in your web browser.
